Following the campus guidelines for Coronavirus all UC Davis classes, lectures, seminars, labs and discussion sections will move to virtual instruction and remain virtual through the end of fall quarter 2020, including final exams. Center for Archaeological Research
The Center for Archaeological Research at Davis (CARD) coordinates with the UC Davis Department of Anthropology Museum to conduct outreach and present educational activities.
Center for Experimental Archaeology (CEAD)
CEAD is a multidisciplinary study group in the UC Davis Department of Anthropology with a primary focus on experimental archaeology. CEAD members are undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and invited researchers using experiments, lab and computational methods to address archaeological and evolutionary research questions.
Film Archive
The Department of Anthropology's Film Archive contains nearly 80 instructional videos for use by students and researchers.
Research Collections
The UC Davis Department of Anthropology maintains collections of various kinds of study and research materials, including species specimens and a film archive.
